Join us for our next in-person tasting!

Join us for an informative conversation with Rania Zayyat, President of Lift Collective and Wine Director at Bufalina about German Wine and climate change. As winemakers from around the world deal with climate change and its impact on their production, we turn our eyes to Germany where winemakers are leading the charge in sustainability. We will take a closer look at how Germany has benefited from a shifting climate, discuss Germany’s approach to sustainability, and explore how new generations of winemakers are diversifying Germany’s portfolio.

Tasting:

You will taste 4 wines from Germany and discuss why they are so unique and leading the way in sustainable winemaking.

Light bites will be provided.

ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES

IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.

We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community.  We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
