IMBIBE: The WFFT Education Series

IMBIBE classes are currently all virtual. They take place the first three Thursdays of every month, and are free for members and $10 for non-members.

Join Claire Henderson and Kyllan McGee of Gonzalez Byass USA, for an exploration of the region of Jerez as well as the unique production process and the variety of Sherry styles available. They will also discuss how to enjoy and pair foods with Sherry.

Join sommeliers Mandi Nelson, Scott Ota and Austin Tabbone as they explore the diversity within three important areas for red wine in Spain with a regional focus on : Ribeira Sacra/Bierzo, Rioja and Priorat.

Join WFFT and Denise Clarke of Texas Fine Wine as we sip and savor wines from five of the most distinguished wineries in Texas, all dedicated to producing benchmark wines from Texas grapes: Brennan Vineyards, Bending Branch Winery, Duchman Family Winery, Pedernales Cellars, and Spicewood Vineyards.
