Looking for a self-paced, casual experience? Join us for the sip & stroll Grand Tasting! The ballroom at the AT&T Executive Education & Conference Center will be open from 4pm to 6 pm for you to taste thoughtful food pairings by the Carillon chefs and more than fifty wines from around the world.
Want to maximize your educational experience? Choose a seminar! Purchase individual tickets to one, two or three seminars and enjoy a sampling of excellent wines alongside fun and focused discussions led by exceptional industry professionals.

Compare and contrast the red wines of Bordeaux with diversity that Cabernet from the Napa Valley has to offer by tasting flagship wines from top producers. Attendees will taste iconic Napa Cabernet and Bordeaux blends accompanied by thoughtful selections from Antonelli's Cheese Shop.

SUSTAINABILITY IN WINE
Sustainable wines strive to have a winemaking process that protects the environment, supports social responsibility and maintains economic viability without sacrificing the quality of the wine. Join Certified Sommelier, Lindsay Drew, as she demystifies the buzzwords of sustainability in wine - biodynamic, organic, natural - by tasting examples of high quality wines from well-established producers such as Chateau Beaucastel as well as newcomers to the scene.

NEBBIOLO, ABOVE THE FOG
Nebbiolo is said to have derived its name from the Piedmontese word, nebia, meaning "fog." During harvest, which generally takes place in late October, an intense fog blankets the vineyards making an indelible impression on the wine. This seminar will explore the Nebbiolo grape focusing on Barbaresco, Barolo & Valtellina wines from historic producers of Winebow Imports. Tasty selections from Antonelli's Cheese Shop will accompany these food loving wines.

BLIND TASTING: CLASSIC WINES, CLASSIC REGIONS
Put your blind tasting skills to the test with Advanced Sommeliers Patrick Olds and Mark Sayre in this deductive tasting method seminar for enthusiasts. Utilizing classic wines from classic regions, guests will learn how to amplify their perception of a wine in the glass and walk away with some new tools to accurately describe its characteristics.

WINE & FOOD PAIRING: SAKE FROM EAST TO WEST
Saké is one of the most underappreciated gems of the beverage world. The complex and foreign-sounding terminology and unique production methods can overwhelm even the most adventurous wine lovers. In this session, we’ll have saké explained by experts from Ramen Tatsu-ya. Guests will explore the versitility of saké through three bites migrating from fully Japanese/Traditional, Western/Japanese hybrid, to a final fully Western bite to demonstrate the ability of sake to pair with various types of food.

Examine the common characteristics of wines, ranging in style, from the volcanic areas of some of your favorite regions such as Northern California, Italy, and Greece. If you enjoy powerful and savory wines with beautiful intensity, you won't want to miss this seminar.

SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE ICONS
Often times, new world wines from the southern hemisphere are left out of the discussion when considering the world's seminal wines and winemakers. Certified sommelier, Joelle Cousins, aims to change that as she highlights the iconic wineries including Clos Apalta and many more and highly rated wines from Australia, South America and South Africa.
