Summary
The Office & Events Coordinator supports day-to-day, administrative operations of the organization, and supports our managers on the organization’s large programs like events, marketing and sponsorship/membership. The Office & Events Coordinator is a full-time position and reports to the Executive Director.
Responsibilities

- Bill payment/Light accounting
- Support of the management team on large programs & projects including:
- Events
- Event planning/production
- Volunteer management
- Guest communications

- Website updates
- Collateral support
- Development

- Member communications
- Member coordination & management
- Sponsorship
- Materials management

Office & Events Coordinator must be able to work some evenings/weekends based on event schedule.

Experience
- 1-4 years of office/administrative/operations experience
- Experience with and/or high level of comfort with cloud-based programs (e.g. email marketing, social media, WordPress, etc.)
Compensation
- Salary commensurate with experience
