IMBIBE: Taste of Italy

Join us for an intimate Italian wine-tasting experience at Gina’s on Congress on Saturday, February 22nd. 

Built in the late 1800’s, 314 Congress has been reinvented over the past century as a jail, brothel, office, and saloon. The space has a unique charm with original brick walls and a large wooden bar with decades of history. At this private wine tasting, we will enjoy a menu that features the same thoughtfully crafted dishes inspired by the cosmopolitan cities of France and Italy that Gina’s is known for. 

Expert wine educator Soncy Chin, will guide us through an impressive Italian wine lineup of Barolo, Barbaresco and Barbera, where you will learn about Italy’s diverse wine regions’ traditional winemaking methods and classic pairing.

Our IMBIBE series offers tastings and classes that provide a great way to learn and engage with other like-minded members of our community.  We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
