In addition to our rotating program of tastings and classes, AWFF proudly hosts three spectacular flagship events every year. Our longest-running event is the prestigious Austin Wine Auction & Gala Weekend, a two-day celebration combining culinary excellence with philanthropic giving. We also host Big Reds & Bubbles in the Spring, a festive sip-and-stroll cocktail party featuring top-rated red and sparkling wines along with savory bites from some of Austin's finest restaurants.

Meet the Winemaker

Join us for our exclusive Meet the Winemaker series, where passionate vintners and brand ambassadors from across the globe share the intimate stories behind their craft. In a mix and mingle setting, discover the rich histories of renowned wineries, learn about time-honored techniques passed down through generations, and gain insider insights into what makes each wine truly special.

Guests will enjoy the rare opportunity to connect personally with these master vintners in an intimate setting — and of course, savor exceptional wines you won't find just anywhere. It's more than a tasting; it's your chance to step into the world of winemaking and taste the passion in every pour.

IMBIBE

IMBIBE is the Austin Wine & Food Foundation education series. These limited-seating programs are most often themed, educational wine and food tastings led by sommeliers, chefs, and winemakers.

Cellar Salon

This is grown-up show-and-tell for wine lovers! Our AWFF Cellar Salons are exclusive, intimate gatherings of wine connoisseurs and collectors—an opportunity for like-minded individuals to gather and indulge in rare and fine wines with other wine lovers! Guests are invited to bring a rare, high-value bottle of wine to share with fellow members. AWFF brings in a team of local sommeliers to help serve the wines alongside perfectly paired snacks.
