39TH ANNUAL RARE & FINE WINE AUCTION GALA

The Rare & Fine Wine Auction Gala is the Wine & Food Foundation’s flagship event and our biggest fundraiser of the year. The funds we raise at this event support our mission to cultivate a community that celebrates the art, culture, and enjoyment of wine and food through educational programs and unparalleled events. We provide grants to help battle food insecurity in Central Texas and scholarships to support educational opportunities for the Austin hospitality industry.

2025 FEATURED WINEMAKER

ERIC JENSEN
Founder | Farmer | Winemaker

We are thrilled to welcome Booker Vineyard’s Founder & Winemaker, Eric Jensen, as the Featured Winemaker at the Rare & Fine Wine Auction Gala! Jenson came to Paso Robles in 2000 and saw the vast potential of Paso Robles at a time when the region was only just beginning to gain recognition. His Booker wines were quickly met with critical acclaim, starting with the inaugural 2005 vintage. Today, Booker is known for producing some of California’s most respected Rhône-style wines. Booker’s 2013 Fracture received 100 points from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, and the 2014 Oublié ranked #10 on Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of the Year for 2017. We are honored to have Eric Jenson here to share his expertise and award-winning wines with us.

Don’t miss the Featured Winemaker Luncheon on Friday, November 7th, for an even more in-depth conversation with our Featured Winemaker!
