The virtual tastings are free to Members and $10 for non-members.

You may think of beer and margaritas when you think of Tex-Mex, but if you’re anything like us, we prefer a glass of wine with our chips and queso!. This tasting will feature an array of wines from different appellations, varietals and styles to compliment Tex-Mex cuisine.

The sparkling and rosé wines are fruity but dry, with bright, crisp acidity to cleanse the palate. The reds are varietals that feature lots of ripe fruit and lower levels of tannin to work with the aggressive flavors and heat of Tex-Mex.

Grab your local favorite Tex-Mex grub and join us and our host, Jasper Russo, Director of Education for Twin Liquors and WSET Designated Educator, as we enjoy a great mix of flavors and textures from these delicious wines.

About the IMBIBE Series

IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.

We host 2-3 IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Now that we are seeing the light at the end of the Pandemic tunnel, we are offering a mix of virtual and in-person classes. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community.  We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
