Blind Tasting Challenge! 4:30pm Early Seating
Join Steve Alley, WSET III Advanced, CSW & FWS for a wine tasting of seasonally inspired sipping, as we say goodbye to rollercoaster Texas temperature swings, and head full throttle into the wines that enhance the long sunny season that Texas is famous for. All of the tasting wines will be served on a blind tasting basis with a fun, playful, seasonable approach. What’s in your glass?
Light bites are provided.
Tasting:
You will blindly taste through both whites and reds lead by Steve Alley that are a sure to put a spring in your step this season. Talk about the nuances, the notes, and complexities with no bias. Then have the opportunity to purchase and bring your faves to all of your Spring and Summer gatherings.
Light bites will be provided.

ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES
IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.
We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community. We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
