Caymus Vineyards Garden Party

Join the Wine & Food Foundation and Caymus Vineyards on Thursday, September 14th, for an unforgettable Austin Garden Party!

We will be at the historic Barr Mansion Farmstead and Ballroom to enjoy an extraordinary evening of indulgence with Caymus Vineyards. Caymus is a Napa cult favorite and a family-owned winery that has set the standard for excellence since its inception.

We are thrilled to welcome Chris Vitiello, Caymus-Suisun Global Ambassador and Suisun Valley Liaison, to join us for a gathering of wine lovers. We will try an exceptional lineup of wines paired with an incredible selection of hors d’oeuvres and snacks.

We will have a VIP Guided Wine Tasting at 5:30 pm, featuring winery-only offerings and back vintages you cannot find in stores! General Admission begins at 6:45 PM and will showcase six of Caymus Vineyards’ most beloved wines! Proceeds from this event will benefit the Wine & Food Foundation.

About Caymus Vineyards

In 1972, Chuck Wagner started Caymus Vineyards with his late parents, Lorna and Charlie Wagner Sr. Working together for decades, they established Caymus Cabernet as one of the region’s most celebrated wines. Today, Chuck continues to produce two world-renowned Cabernet Sauvignons, Caymus Napa Valley and Caymus Special Selection. He also produces Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif, a Petite Sirah from neighboring Suisun Valley. Since Caymus Vineyards was founded, the Wagner family has worked with the soils and climate of Napa Valley to develop techniques for farming grapes and producing fine wine. They are now applying those techniques to making a range of wines from other parts of California and beyond. Their winemaking business remains entirely family-run, and two of Chuck’s children, Charlie and Jenny Wagner, now work alongside him.
