Join WFF & Certified Cheese Professional, Casie Wiginton of Antonelli’s Cheese for an in-person cheese and Rosé pairing at Antonelli’s Cheese House on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.
Casie oversees the wine program for Antonelli’s and is a veteran in the cheese business. We are thrilled to have another opportunity to partner with Casie and our friends at Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. This event will feature a Rosé & Cheese tasting showcasing six cheeses, small bites, and Easy Tiger baguette paired with two varieties of rosés.
Why Rosé and cheese? The light fruitiness and acidity of rosé makes it an excellent pairing with the delicate creaminess of cheese. Join us as we learn about two varieties of rosé, the flavor nuances of both, and tips and tricks of how to pair them with cheese.

This event has a max capacity of 25 guests

WFF is continually working to make sure that the IMBIBE series meets or exceeds all current recommended standards.
As Austin is currently in Stage 5, all guests are asked to be masked when not seated at their tables.
ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES
IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.
We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community. We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!

- Aficionado – Friday, 7/16 10am
- Open for all members and non-members – Monday, 7/19 10am
