Exploring the World of Grenache with Winemaker Randy Hester

Join Winemaker Randy Hester as he shares why he’s so passionate about Grenache. We’ll taste his C.L. Butaud Grenache as well as a selections of his favorite expressions from other regions. Randy will be joined by Sam Suarez, General Manager and Wine Buyer for Salt & Time, to discuss some of his favorite food pairings.

Guidelines for Purchase

Wines will be available for purchase at Salt & Time anytime during business hours – no pre-ordering necessary. However, if you would like to curbside pick up for your wines, please do call ahead. And if you want a great pairing for this class, they recommend picking up Salt & Time’s Butcher Burger. (If you’re opting for the burger, you may want to order that in advance so it’s ready for you upon arrival.) Salt & Time is located at: 1912 E.7th St, Austin, TX 78702

Class will be hosted via Zoom. Registrants will receive an email with the meeting link Thursday morning.

Participants will be required to purchase at least one of the wines to receive the Zoom link for the tasting.

About the IMBIBE Series

IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes . . . consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge. IMBIBE takes place every week, alternating between Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm (unless otherwise noted).  These classes are a ton of fun and loaded with great education! Our members have told us that Wednesdays and Thursdays are their favorite days of the week because they love these virtual tastings so much!
