IMBIBE: Bordeaux- Left vs. Right Bank

Gain a deeper understanding of Bordeaux’s rich winemaking heritage as we delve into a comparative tasting and class on Left vs. Right Bank wines.

The Left Bank includes illustrious appellations such as Pauillac, Margaux, and Saint-Estèphe and we will experience the power and elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated blends, renowned for their age-worthiness and complex flavors. While the Right bank is celebrated for regions like Saint-Émilion and Pomerol and their Merlot-driven blends, famous for their plush textures, ripe fruit profiles, and approachable charm.

Zahir Walji, owner of Round Rock’s High Country Market and reigning local Bordeaux expert, curated the evening’s wine list and will guide the tasting.

Class is $90 each ($75 for WFF Members)

PARKING: We highly encourage using rideshare services. This event will have plenty of wine and the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly. Please plan on a safe ride to and from the event. If you are driving, there is limited parking in the venue’s parking lot, and Vintage Wine Storage’s neighbors generously make two satellite parking options available to us.
