IMBIBE: Tour of Tuscany Wine Tasting & Chef Demo

Join us at the Sustainable Food Center’s impressive learning kitchen for an all-Tuscan wine tasting led by Stephanie Eberle, WSET II, Wine Director, Juliet’s Italian Kitchen. Stephanie has selected a wine lineup that dives into this historic region far past Chanti. We will try a range of Super Tuscans and learn how these wines blend non-indigenous classics like Cabernet, Syrah, and Merlot with the region’s native Sangiovese to make some of the world’s most famous and highly-rated wines.

In addition to the wine tasting, Chef Wade Guice will lead a cooking demo to accompany our exploration of the region. He will teach guests how to roll and pull their own fresh mozzarella at home! In addition to the freshly made mozzarella, we will have a delicious spread from Juliet’s to accompany the wines.

PARKING: We highly encourage utilizing ride-share services. There is some limited parking with clearly marked Sustainable Food Center Signage. Please do not park in spots indicated for other organizations. Metered street parking is available on the streets directly next to and behind the venue.
