Wines from Mexico are quickly gaining recognition worldwide. As the availability of these exceptional wines continues to expand in the United States, you can expect to see more and more of them on the wine lists and shelves of your favorite restaurants and wine shops. We are thrilled to welcome Salena Guipzot, owner of Casa Guipzot in San Antonio – the country’s first 100% Mexican wine shop and tasting room to educate us on this exciting region. With her extensive knowledge and passion for Mexican wines, Salena will guide us through an unforgettable tasting experience.

Thank you to Bar Toti for hosting us for this special class! Bar Toti is the incredibly curated and welcoming sister space to the award-winning Este. Located right next door, it’s a neighborhood bar and restaurant that celebrates the bar cultures of Spain, France, and Mexico. They have assembled an incredible tapas-style menu to accompany the wine tasting. We highly recommend planning another visit to enjoy their generous happy hour, innovative cocktail menu, and an impressive selection of vermouths and sherry!

Our IMBIBE series offers tastings and classes that provide a great way to learn and engage with other like-minded members of our community.  We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
