The Great B’s of Italian Wine
with Mark Rashap
The Great B’s of Italian Wine
Just the thought of pulling one of the B’s from your cellar for a dinner party will cause your guests to be giddy with anticipation. We’re talking about the Barolo, Barbaresco, and Brunello, which have positioned Italian wine amongst the greatest in the world.
Join us for our next in person tasting with WFF favorite, and Certified Wine Educator – Mark Rashap, and take a deep dive into what makes these wines so special and compare different styles and production techniques that characterize the various regions. From Piedmont to Tuscany, Nebbiolo to Sangiovese, and perhaps a surprise or two along the way, we’ll compare wines to highlight a specific concept and have a lot of fun along the way. And doesn’t hurt that we’ve had a string of incredible vintages!
Light bites are provided.
Tasting:
You will taste wines that define Italy. Guests will have the rare opportunity to ask Mark Rashap (CWE) Certified Wine Educator questions about Italian wines, their regions, and discuss why the wines chosen are special and unique.
Light bites will be provided.

ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES
IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.
We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community. We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
