It’s a Spring Thing: An Interactive Chef Demo with Chef & Sommelier Jaime Chozet

Join Chef Chozet as he leads us through this culinary experience. Guests will purchase their own ingredients in advance of the class and cook along with Chef Chozet.

The dish we’ll be cooking – in celebration of Spring  – is Grilled Lamb Loin, and Fava Bean Succotash with Basil jus, paired with a lovely bottle of Lambrusco. Enjoy the sophisticated flavors and thoughtfully-curated ingredients from the comfort of your own home

*Recipe, ingredients and wine pairing will be emailed to individuals upon registration.

Class will be hosted via Zoom. Registrants will receive an email with the meeting link Thursday morning.

About the IMBIBE Series

IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes . . . consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge. IMBIBE takes place every week, alternating between Wednesdays and Thursdays at 6pm (unless otherwise noted).  These classes are a ton of fun and loaded with great education! Our members have told us that Wednesdays and Thursdays are their favorite days of the week because they love these virtual tastings so much!
