Texas Two-Sip Tasting – 6:30pm Late Seating

Join us for an evening that explores Texas wines vs. the world. Texas Fine Wine — which includes Bending Branch Winery in Comfort, Duchman Family Winery in Driftwood, Pedernales Cellars in Stonewall and Spicewood Vineyards in Spicewood — will share a presentation about the Texas wine industry and then take you through a Texas Two-Sip Tasting. We will blind taste Texas wines against their international counterparts while learning about popular Texas grapes and how Texas wines reflect the climate, terroir and spirit of Texas. Certified Wine Educator and Director of Texas Fine Wine Denise Clarke will lead the class along with several winery representatives.

Light bites provided.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot as this class will sell out quickly!

Tasting:

Think you know your wine? Try your taste buds to decipher in a blind tasting between Texas wines vs. their international counterparts. This class is sure to have some twists and turns, just like the highways out to wine country in Texas.

Light bites provided.

ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES

IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.

We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community.  We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
