Join us for a very special IMBIBE session celebrating Texas Wine Month!
WFF and Austin’s slow food darling, Dai Due, with Executive Chef Janie Ramirez and Co-Owner/Chef Jesse Griffiths, are coming together to take us on a five-course journey through some of Texas’ best wine and food offerings. Dai Due is curating a menu and experience that is bigger than Texas itself to highlight Texas’ finest meat and veggie purveyors. Each course will be carefully paired with Texas wines. Featuring: C.L. Butaud, Crowson Wines, Lewis Wines, Pebble Rock Cellars, and Wine for the People alongside Chef Jesse’s award winning creations. The ultimate Texas foodie experience.
This is an interactive, five-course family-style meal experience with Wild Game and Texas Wine. Chefs Janie and Jesse will take us course by course to showcase their process and inspiration. Each winemaker will walk us through why each wine was chosen to pair with each course . . . a dream for any foodie and wine lover.
This class will be on Monday, October 4, 2021 6pm – 8:30pm at Dai Due
Tables are 4 tops – Please note that if you purchase 1 or 2 tickets you will be placed with other guests.

ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES
IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.
We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community. We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
