Wine 101: How To Pair Wine – Seated Chef Dinner
The Wine & Food Foundation has teamed up with three of our favorite local chefs to offer this five-course meal and class on professional wine pairing! Chef & Sommelier Jaime Chozet who sits on the WFF Board of Directors, Chef Alma Alcocer-Thomas from local favorite El Alma Cafe, and Culinary Consultant Chef Natalie Gazaui will take turns preparing each course of this meal while Chef Chozet leads guests through the pairing process. IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.
We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community. We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
