Wine 101: How To Pair Wine – Seated Chef Dinner

The Wine & Food Foundation has teamed up with three of our favorite local chefs to offer this five-course meal and class on professional wine pairing! Chef & Sommelier Jaime Chozet who sits on the WFF Board of Directors, Chef Alma Alcocer-Thomas from local favorite El Alma Cafe, and Culinary Consultant Chef Natalie Gazaui will take turns preparing each course of this meal while Chef Chozet leads guests through the pairing process. Join the Wine & Food Foundation for an unforgettable dinner and the finale of our four-part Wine:101 series. This one will sell out fast!

ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES

IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.

We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community.  We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!

Registration:

Tickets are on sale for WFF Members Only Now! Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 am on July 25th for all classes!
