IMBIBE: ‘Provincia Nostra’

As the oldest wine region in France, the vine has been cultivated in this area for over 2,600 years. Provence is a cornucopia of
various wine cultures ranging from the Ancient Phoenicians, who were the first settlers of the Mediterranean, to the Greeks, Romans, Gauls,
and Catalans. Bordered by the mighty Rhône River to the west and the teal waters of the Mediterranean to the south, Provence produces
quality tickling bubbles, perfumed whites, bracing rosés, and savory reds.

Please join us for the ‘fruits of the vine’ on Wednesday, May 10th at either the 4:30 PM or 6:30 PM seating at the Wine & Food Foundation Tasting Room. Our host will be Nathan T Prater, Advanced Sommelier and owner of SOMMinfluence LLC.

ABOUT THE IMBIBE SERIES

IMBIBE means to consume or absorb – and that’s exactly what you’ll do in our classes… consume and absorb wine, food, and knowledge.

We host about two IMBIBE classes each month – usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays. These classes are a great way to learn, and engage with other like-minded members of our community.  We have a variety of highly knowledgeable professionals who impart great information, and usually a few good laughs, too!
