Summary

The Office & Events Coordinator supports day-to-day, administrative operations of the organization, and supports our managers on the organization’s large programs like events, marketing and sponsorship/membership. The Office & Events Coordinator is a full-time position and reports to the Executive Director.

 

Responsibilities
  • Operations
    • Day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
    • Office/supplies management
    • Management of operational vendors
    • Bill payment/Light accounting
  • Support of the management team on large programs & projects including:
    • Events
      • Event planning/production
      • Volunteer management
      • Guest communications
    • Marketing
      • Email marketing campaigns
      • Event marketing
      • Social media
      • Website updates
      • Collateral support
    • Development
      • Membership
        • Member communications
        • Member coordination & management
      • Sponsorship
        • Materials management
        • Sponsor coordination & management

Office & Events Coordinator must be able to work some evenings/weekends based on event schedule.

Experience
  • 1-4 years of office/administrative/operations experience
  • Experience with and/or high level of comfort with cloud-based programs (e.g. email marketing, social media, WordPress, etc.)

 

Compensation
  • Salary commensurate with experience
