"I love Piedmont, Italy. It is probably my desert island wine region. Barolo and Barbaresco, the king and queen of the grape Nebbiolo, get almost all the attention, which is definitely deserved. However, there is a whole side of Piedmont that is completely undiscovered and almost entirely consumed locally.
