Cellar Salon: Summertime in Italy

Join us for an evening of Italian wine, great company, and a truly special setting. Our Summer Cellar Salon takes place at the historic Whitley Keltner House — built in 1892 and once home to the founding editor of The People’s Advocate, Austin’s very first newspaper. Today, it’s the beautifully appointed home of Red Fan Communications, who are graciously hosting us in their space.
The theme is Summertime in Italy, and members are invited to bring a bottle of distinction — Italian-inspired if you’d like, or simply something you’re proud to open and share! We will coordinate some theme-appropriate bites to accompany your beautiful bottles.
Cellar Salons are an exclusive benefit for Epicurean members at no charge. Members at all other tiers are warmly welcome with a $50 ticket.
Rideshare is very highly encouraged.

Our AWFF Cellar Salons are exclusive, intimate gatherings of wine connoisseurs and collectors—an opportunity for like-minded individuals to gather and indulge in rare and fine wines with other wine lovers!
What Wine Should I Bring?
Guests are invited to bring a “bottle (or two) of distinction” to share with fellow wine enthusiasts. This would be a rare and/or high-value bottle of wine that you would be happy to share with fellow members. Shared wines are typically rated 92+ and are usually $75+.
Don’t have anything in your collection?
Visit our friends at Twin Liquors, Neighborhood Vintner, Austin Wine Merchant, High Country Market, APT 115, or The Wine Cellar and ask them for guidance!

This is grown-up show-and-tell for wine lovers! Our AWFF Cellar Salons are exclusive, intimate gatherings of wine connoisseurs and collectors—an opportunity for like-minded individuals to gather and indulge in rare and fine wines with other wine lovers! Guests are invited to bring a rare, high-value bottle of wine to share with fellow members. AWFF brings in a team of local sommeliers to help serve the wines alongside perfectly paired snacks.
