Join us for an extraordinary evening with twin sisters Katey and Nicole Bacigalupi, 3rd-generation vintners of the Bacigalupi label in the Russian River Valley of California. Celebrate their 70th year as growers in the region with us! This intimate mix and mingle event offers wine enthusiasts a rare opportunity to meet one of California's pioneer winemakers in a relaxed, personal setting.

While they are now known for their award-winning Russian River Pinot Noir, the Bacigalupi name has a storied history in American winemaking because of their famous Chardonnay. When the 1973 Napa Valley Chardonnay from Château Montelena famously triumphed over many acclaimed French wines to be declared the undisputed winner of the Paris wine tasting, they were using around 40% fruit grown by the Bacigalupi family! That same block of Chardonnay still exists today and is carefully tended and used to make some of the vineyards most-loved wines.

Now, Nicole and Katey work in tandem with their parents to be the leading artisanal, family-owned and operated winery/winegrower in Russian River Valley. They will regale you with stories from their family’s 70-year history of grape growing and guide you through a selection of wines from their estate vineyards.
